Today we received from our security company the 1st Feb 2010 sticker entry implementation report. Please have a look. Thanks.
The following is the official Handover and Assignment (HA) letter on Security Management Services from FiveStar Development (FDSB) to Puchong Hartamas Residents Association (PHRA). Together with this letter I also attach the Supplement Agreement (SA) as reference.
You can see from the SA that the Security Management Services will be eventually handed over to the Committee at point 6.
Just to let you know a PH house owner who came to pay security fees asked about anyone been robbed here. I told him not recently but early during developer time I did heard. He said he just been robbed at his house in Bandar Puteri Puchong a few days ago! Three Chinese guy walked into his house because the gate and front door was open and hold a parang over his chest while he was upstair doing his work. He was pushed to toilet and locked. He managed to climb out window and ran to road to scream for help.
Please help to inform your neighbors who still don't have 2010 car stickers to come forward to obtain them from PHRA. We are having a final session to meet the residents at the playground this Sunday, 3 Jan 2010, from 8:30am to 1:00pm.
The guards are now distributing this notice at the entrance as well. Do notify your neighbors to take this opportunity to see us.
If you are renting the house here and your security fees is paid by your landlord, please inform landlord about this. You can also come to check for your landlord the current situation whether the security fees has been paid up to date. If yes, you can obtain the car stickers from us.
