The following is the official Handover and Assignment (HaA) letter on Security Management Services from FiveStar Development (FDSB) to Puchong Hartamas Residents Association (PHRA). Together with this letter I also attach the Supplement Agreement (SA) as reference.

You can see from the SA that the Security Management Services will be eventually handed over to the Committee at point 6.

I am wonder if anyone can introduce a plumber to fix the leakage of main water pipe with low budget?

I saw some of the houses are installed external pipe instead consealed.

Kindly advise.

Just to let you know a PH house owner who came to pay security fees asked about anyone been robbed here. I told him not recently but early during developer time I did heard. He said he just been robbed at his house in Bandar Puteri Puchong a few days ago! Three Chinese guy walked into his house because the gate and front door was open and hold a parang over his chest while he was upstair doing his work. He was pushed to toilet and locked. He managed to climb out window and ran to road to scream for help.

Dear all,

We were told to get the sticker by 8 january, otherwise we will be treated as visitor and need to register for every entry....I noticed this is not consistent.  I saw car without stickers entering the residential area freely.

Where is the control in that sense?

Hey, i'm new here and i'm wondering whether those TV and Astro point installed at our house by the developer are working or not.

COz i intend to install Astro and saw those wires in certain house are concealed nicely. But somes house left the wires outside and be seen..not nice

ANy information from the pioneers or residents here...
